Shipping policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. For this policy, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day. Processing exceptions, pre-orders, and made-to-order items are .
2. Delivery destinations and estimates
We ship to . The reference operating schedule is:
- United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 1–3 business days processing plus 6–9 business days shipping, for a total estimate of 7–12 business days.
- Other supported international destinations: 1–3 business days processing plus 7–12 business days shipping, for a total estimate of 8–15 business days.
These are estimates, not a guaranteed date, unless checkout expressly confirms a guaranteed service. Product, postcode, carrier, customs, and seasonal restrictions are .
3. Shipping charges and free standard shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders and regions as displayed at checkout. Any charge, threshold, expedited option, or surcharge is shown before payment confirmation. The rate table and eligibility rules are .
4. Fulfilment origin and carriers
The store operates with trusted fulfilment and logistics partners and may dispatch from different locations based on product and destination. Current origin, warehouse, and carrier information: .
5. Tracking
After dispatch, we send a tracking number when the carrier provides one. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update. Tracking provider and support link: .
6. Address changes
Contact within 12 hours after placing an order if the address is wrong. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee a change, redirection, or intercept. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delay or return-to-sender charges: .
7. Customs, VAT, duties, and import charges
For international deliveries, import VAT, duties, brokerage, and customs charges depend on the destination and the delivery arrangement. The payer and DDP/DAP treatment are . These costs must be disclosed accurately at checkout and cannot be used to remove mandatory consumer remedies.
8. Late, missing, or lost parcels
If a shipment has not arrived within 25 business days after dispatch, contact hello@daifeiclub.com with the order number and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by the agreed service and UK consumer law. Keep packaging and delivery evidence for a damaged parcel.
9. Events outside control
Weather, carrier disruption, customs processing, incorrect information, public holidays, high order volumes, strikes, or other events outside reasonable control may delay delivery. We will communicate material delays and offer any remedy required by law.
10. Delivery contract and late delivery
Where a delivery date or period is agreed at checkout, it forms part of the order. If delivery is late, contact us and tell us whether you require delivery by an essential date or wish to cancel where the law permits. We will not rely on an estimate to avoid a remedy that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law provides.
11. Split shipments and pre-orders
Items may arrive in separate parcels when they are stored at different fulfilment locations, have different release dates, or are subject to a pre-order. We will show any material split, extra charge, or estimated date before purchase. A delay affecting one item does not automatically cancel the rest of the order.
12. Safe place, neighbour, and delivery evidence
We will use a safe-place, neighbour, or delivery instruction only where you select or authorise it through the carrier or checkout. A carrier scan is not conclusive proof that you received goods if the delivery instruction was not authorised. Report non-receipt promptly and preserve tracking, photographs, and messages.
13. Address, postcode, and restricted destinations
Enter a complete address, postcode, telephone number where required by the carrier, and any customs information. We may contact you if the address is incomplete or a product cannot lawfully be sent there. If the order cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, we will explain the return, re-delivery, cancellation, and refund options.
14. Shipping claims and carrier investigation
For a damage, loss, or wrong-item claim, provide the order number, tracking number, delivery date, photographs of packaging and product where available, and a description of the issue. We may open a carrier investigation, but you do not lose a consumer remedy merely because a carrier has not completed its internal process.
15. Product restrictions and safe transport
Some products, materials, batteries, liquids, aerosols, or personalised goods may have carrier, customs, or destination restrictions. Any restriction, surcharge, or cancellation option will be disclosed before order acceptance where reasonably possible. Product-specific transport rules: .
