Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Methods shown at checkout

The reference site lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. The methods actually available to a particular UK customer may vary by location, currency, device, order, risk check, and provider and will be shown before payment.

2. Currency and price

The reference page states a USD default, while the storefront exposes multiple currency selectors including GBP. For a UK publication, the checkout currency, VAT display, exchange-rate wording, and any bank conversion fee must be confirmed: .

3. Payment processing and security

Payments are processed through Shopify and trusted third-party providers. Providers may use encryption and PCI DSS controls; the current provider and security wording are .

We do not request or store full card details in customer email. A provider may decline, hold, or verify a payment for fraud, sanctions, identity, or risk reasons.

4. Taxes, duties, and charges

Before order submission, checkout should show the product price, discounts, VAT, shipping, and any customs amount known at that point. The person responsible for import VAT, duty, brokerage, and bank conversion fees is .

5. Authorisation and capture

Payments are charged . A successful authorisation does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. If an order is cancelled after capture, we refund the cancelled portion according to the Refund Policy.

6. Verification and failed payments

We may verify billing and payment information before dispatch. If a payment fails, check the billing details or use another method. We will not treat an unpaid order as accepted.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Approved returns and cancellations are refunded to the original payment method where possible. The reference site states that payment-provider posting may take 5–10 business days. Contact if a payment appears incorrect; this does not limit your card-provider or statutory rights.

8. Instalments and recurring payments

If subscriptions, memberships, instalments, or buy-now-pay-later are offered, the total cost, schedule, renewal, provider, cancellation method, and failed-payment consequences must be displayed before enrolment. Current availability and terms: .

9. Payment contact

For payment questions, contact hello@daifeiclub.com. Include the order number and never send a complete card number.

10. Strong customer authentication

Your bank or payment provider may ask for 3-D Secure, an app approval, a one-time code, biometric confirmation, or another strong customer-authentication step. We do not control the provider’s challenge or its decision to approve, decline, or hold a transaction.

11. Currency conversion and exchange rates

If checkout displays a currency different from your bank account, the checkout rate, card-network rate, or bank rate may apply as stated before payment. Your bank may add a foreign-transaction or conversion fee. The current UK currency and VAT configuration must be confirmed at .

12. Split, delayed, and pre-order charges

For a split shipment, pre-order, deposit, or made-to-order item, we will state when each amount is authorised or captured, what happens if an item cannot be supplied, and whether cancellation is available. Current rule: .

13. Fraud, sanctions, and verification

We may use payment-provider and fraud-prevention checks to protect customers and the store. We may request proportionate information, hold a transaction, or cancel an order where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised use, sanctions risk, or a material billing mismatch. We will not ask for a complete card number by email.

14. Receipts, invoices, and tax records

We send an order confirmation and may provide a receipt or invoice. The document may show the legal seller, order number, items, price, discount, VAT or tax treatment, delivery charge, payment status, and refund status. Invoice and tax-record contact: .

15. Refunds to the original method

We normally refund the original payment method so that the payment provider can reconcile the transaction. If that method is closed, expired, or unavailable, we will contact you for a lawful alternative and will not use a replacement method to delay a mandatory refund.

16. Chargebacks and duplicate charges

If you see a duplicate, unrecognised, or incorrect charge, contact us promptly with the order number and transaction date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or correction. You may also contact your bank or card issuer; nothing in this section limits those rights.

17. Recurring payments, instalments, and buy-now-pay-later

No recurring, instalment, or buy-now-pay-later obligation applies unless the checkout or enrolment screen clearly shows the total cost, schedule, renewal, provider, cancellation method, late-payment consequences, and any credit information required by law. Current availability: .
